I will stay masked during our time together and ask that people over the age of 5 years in your household wear a mask when we are in the same room.
I will sanitize any points of contact upon entering your home (hands, phone, equipment, etc).
A COVID-19 screening questionnaire will be emailed to you the day before your appointment. All clients must complete the questionnaire before each appointment. If you have had a recent COVID-19 exposure or test positive, I will transition your care to virtual support until it is safe to resume in-person care.
If I test positive for COVID-19, I will let you know immediately. If your family needs support before I am no longer contagious, I will make every effort to provide virtual support or connect you to another IBCLC.
Virtual support is always an option! Your family may request virtual support (via Zoom) at any time and for any reason.
